Job Description
This employee should be an independent worker, looks for and takes advantage of opportunities to save and earn money for the company, asks for and offers help when needed, generates suggestions for improving work.

Duties Include but not limited to:
• Remove debris from all landscaping beds and parking areas
• Change garbage can liners
• Clean garbage can lids
• Complete illegal dump pickups as needed
• Complete graffiti removal as needed
• Winterize, De-icing, shoveling, spreading De-icer, Plowing services

Specific Qualifications:
• Language - The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smart phone data device that provide information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
• Driving - Must have a clean driving record and a current valid Washington Driver's License
