Environmental Spill Assistant



Job Description
This individual must be punctual and dependable and can follow company rules/regulations. Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed. Ability to respond to after hours emergencies in a timely manner.


Duties include but not limited to:
• Ability to operate all spill control equipment and vehicles this includes, air sweeper truck, gas powered back pack blower.
• Contain spills as determined by site needs to assure all regulations are met
• Carry tools and equipment to and from storage, vehicles, and work sites
• Clean machines, equipment, vehicles and shop using solvent and other cleaning agents to prepare vehicles and equipment for use
• Perform duties as assigned by shop manager and department manager to meet operational needs

Specific Qualifications:
• Driving - Must have a clean driving record and current valid State Driver's License.
• Language - The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smart phone data device that provide information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
