We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a flexible day shift (6:00–9:00 AM start time), Monday through Friday. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Summary:
The Machine Operator helps prepare and package sauces, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves working with production machinery, maintaining clean work areas, and keeping accurate production records.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to prepare, blend, and package sauces to specification.
• Monitor and adjust machines to maintain output quality and consistency.
• Load and unload ingredients for production.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure production areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of food production processes, sanitation practices, and machinery operation.
• Strong manual dexterity and effective teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
