🔧 EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE MECHANIC – 1ST & 2ND SHIFT

Lobos Staffing is HIRING! We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shifts.

💰 PAY & SCHEDULE

• $35.00–$45.00 per hour, DOE

• Monday–Friday

• 1st & 2nd Shift openings

• Temp-to-Perm

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical, mechanical, electronic, and solid-state equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with A.I.B. standards.

• Diagnose equipment issues and determine whether repairs or replacement parts are required.

• Repair and reassemble gearboxes, conveyors, fans, blowers, compressors, pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment.

• Install and repair electrical conduit, cables, piping, tubing, controls, and grounding.

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, relays, timers, and related electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and compressed-air systems.

• Assist with equipment movement using lift trucks and hoisting equipment.

• Maintain spare-parts inventory and complete required maintenance reports.

• Follow all safety procedures and promptly address hazardous conditions.

⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4 years of industrial maintenance/electrical experience required.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

• Food, beverage processing, or packaging experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes.

• PLC programming experience, especially Allen-Bradley, preferred.

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, AC/DC electrical equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience troubleshooting oven combustion and safety devices preferred.

• Welding experience including MIG, TIG, and ARC preferred.

• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters, meggers, and ammeters.

• Experience with power tools, machining equipment, and gas/plasma cutting equipment is a plus.
