Job Title: Production Worker (Computer Experience Required)
Location: Hayward, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.25 to 19.25
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker with basic computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily production operations while accurately entering and tracking data using computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Enter and maintain accurate production data in computer systems
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating systems, etc.)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with inventory or production tracking systems
