Stop closing tickets. Start helping small business owners succeed. You are great at customer support. You know how to talk to stressed people, calm them down, and get them answers. But you are tired of spending all day reacting to problems. You want a role where you can actually build relationships and help people succeed, but you do not want a high pressure sales job.
We are AMIV Mobile IV, a fast growing wellness franchise with over 28 locations, and we are looking for a part-time B2B Success Specialist. We have a clear plan to support our franchise owners, and we need someone with your patience and people skills to help us run it.
What You Will Be Doing
Your job is to be the friendly, reliable support system for our franchise owners. We will give you the playbook, teach you the tools, and guide you every step of the way. You just need to bring your empathy, your organization, and your desire to help. You will be responsible for:
• Answering Questions: Being the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or get stuck.
• Organizing Answers: Helping us take the most common questions and turn them into a helpful FAQ library so owners can find answers faster.
• Hosting Calls: Helping us schedule and cohost our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice.
• Welcoming New Owners: Guiding brand new franchise owners through their first days using our step by step checklist.
• Talking to Future Owners: Helping us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answering their basic questions.
What You Need to Succeed
• Patience: You know how to listen to someone who is frustrated and help them find a solution.
• Organization: You can juggle a few different conversations at once without losing track of who needs what.
• Comfort with Technology: You do not need to be a tech genius, but you are comfortable learning new software, and we will even teach you some cool new AI tools to make your job easier.
Your First 90 Days
• Month 1: We will teach you everything about AMIV Mobile IV. You will shadow our team, learn how to answer common questions, and get comfortable with our systems.
• Month 2: You will start helping us organize our FAQ library and sending out our weekly update emails.
• Month 3: You will be confidently cohosting our group Zoom calls and helping us welcome new franchise owners to the family.
We provide full training and a chance to step out of the support queue and build real relationships. Our hiring process includes an initial application review, a brief assessment, and a video interview to ensure a great fit.
