ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego.
About the Role
As a RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands-on, meaningful role where you’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect accurate data and document session notes
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers

- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
- RBT certification required

Pay: $25 -30 per hour
