Hunters & Gatherers is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team!
We are a scratch kitchen focused on quality ingredients, creative cuisine, and exceptional dining experiences. We're looking for someone with extensive cooking experience, strong culinary skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, professional kitchen.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Extensive professional cooking experience is required.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and proper execution
Experience working multiple stations in a full service restaurant
A true team player who communicates well, supports fellow cooks, and steps in wherever needed
Ability to stay organized, focused, and efficient during high volume service
Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and plate presentation
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures
Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction and constructive feedback
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for cooking
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute menu items to our established recipes and presentation standards
Complete daily prep and maintain fully stocked, organized stations
Work efficiently through busy lunch and dinner services
Maintain food quality, proper portioning, and consistency
Assist with daily cleaning, opening, and closing responsibilities
Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Support weekly specials, seasonal menu changes, and private events

⏰ Part Time | Mornings, Nights & Weekends Required
