Looking for passionate servers to join a strong mom & pop company.
BakeChop is 10 years old and going strong with breakfast and lunch/dinner options 8 am to 9 pm, 6 days a week.
Must have serving experience 2+ years
Servers take 16 seat sections with support from expo and host on busy shifts.
Toast POS, schedules 2 weeks out.
Servsafe needed after 90 days.
Beer, wine and coffee knowledge are a plus.
The tip pool system ensures stable and reliable pay, year-round, paid weekly.

Shifts 5 to 8 hours long. Flexible schedules.
Shift examples:
6 to 1, 8 to 3, 10 to 5, 11 to 7, 3 to 10, 5 to 10
Daily and weekly checklists consist of making coffee, tea, cutting lemons, filling sauces, stocking beer and wine, takeout supplies, closing out checks, and cleaning front of house equipment...
and of course, greeting customers with a smile and helping them find a great meal!
