WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT COORDINATOR

A growing hospitality group in Downtown DeLand is looking to add a part time Social Media Content Coordinator to work alongside our Sales & Marketing Manager across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts.

We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, organized, and social media savvy who has a great eye for content and knows how to turn food, drinks, people, events, and restaurant life into content people actually want to watch.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Shooting photo and video content at our Downtown DeLand locations
• Creating Reels, Stories, photography, and short form video
• Capturing food, cocktails, weekly specials, events, promotions, team members, and behind the scenes content
• Editing and organizing photo and video content
• Writing captions, scheduling, and posting content
• Assisting with comments, messages, tags, and social engagement
• Working with our Sales & Marketing Manager on content calendars, campaigns, and promotions
• Bringing fresh ideas and current social trends to the table
• Helping each of our concepts maintain its own personality and voice
• Paying attention to what performs and using those insights to create better content

THE DETAILS

📍 Downtown DeLand
⏰ Approximately 20 hours per week
📸 Approximately 9 hours per week shooting content on location
💻 Approximately 10 hours per week editing, scheduling, posting, and managing content
📝 Approximately 1 hour per week planning and coordinating with our Sales & Marketing Manager
🏡 Hybrid + flexible schedule

This position begins with a 90 day trial period, with a performance and compensation review at the end of the 90 days.

We care more about creativity, reliability, initiative, organization, and a great eye for content than a huge résumé. This could be a great fit for a college student, emerging content creator, or someone looking to grow their experience working with multiple hospitality brands.
