BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Basketball Coaches to coach elementary-aged students in fun, structured basketball programming throughout Clark County.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, or sports management. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches for Basketball programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in basketball activities

• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans

• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment

• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students

• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation

• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching basketball is preferred but not required

• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5

• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Clark County

• Dependable and punctual

• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process
