BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to lead elementary-aged students in fun, structured sports programming throughout the Palm Beach area.

We are looking for coaches with experience or comfort leading Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football programs. If you enjoy working with kids and creating a positive, active environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a part-time, after-school-only role with short, predictable sessions and no weekend commitment.

The Opportunity

• Coach Position: Basketball, Flag Football, and Soccer
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Time: Between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Session Length: 1.5 hours per session
• Pay: $25/hour ($37.50 per session)
• No weekends
• No lesson planning required — full curriculum provided

Key Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students (Grades K–5) through structured drills, games, and sports activities
• Coach Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football sessions

• Supervise and engage groups of students during programming
• Follow provided curriculum and activity structure

Requirements

• Experience playing, coaching, or leading Basketball, Soccer, and/or Flag Football preferred
• Comfortable working with children ages 6–10
• Reliable transportation to schools in the Palm Beach area
• Dependable and consistently punctual
• Must pass required school background screening and fingerprinting process
