URGENT HIRING – SPORTS COACH | Soccer & Flag Football (Baltimore County) BBA Afterschool Inc. | Part-Time | Elementary Schools

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hr ($37.50 per session)

The Opportunity

• After-school only — no full-day commitment
• Sessions: 1.5 hours each
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, after 1 PM
• No weekends
• No lesson planning — curriculum and support provided

Key Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students (Grades K–5) in Soccer and Flag Football
• Follow provided curriculum and structured session plans
• Supervise 15–20 students in a safe, positive environment

Requirements

• Must live or work within 15–20 minutes of assigned school in Baltimore County
• Preferably near Glyndon Elementary, Chadwick Elementary or Randallstown Elementary
• Punctual and reliable — consistency is critical due to short session times
• Must complete required Baltimore County Public Schools background check (fingerprinting — upfront cost covered by candidate)
