BBA Afterschool Inc. is urgently hiring an After-School Sports Coach to lead our Flag Football program at Allen Road Elementary.

⚡ We need someone who can start as early as next week. This role must be filled immediately.

The Opportunity

• Coach position: Flag Football & Basketball
• Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Session Length: 1.5 hours
• Pay: $26.67/hour ($40 per session)
• No weekends
• No lesson planning required — full curriculum provided

• Coaches or former athletes (Flag Football experience preferred)
• Candidates who can also support Basketball (a plus, not required)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Flag Football sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5)
• Potentially assist with or lead Basketball sessions if able
• Run structured drills and games using provided curriculum
• Supervise 15–20 students in a safe, positive environment

Requirements

• Must be local to Syracuse / Allen Road Elementary
• Strong comfort leading Flag Football
• Reliable and punctual (critical for this role)
• Must pass required background check/fingerprinting
• Able to cover upfront fingerprinting cost
