Key responsibilities include:
• Learning and following recipes accurately
• Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Staying organized and focused during peak hours
• Communicating with shift managers regarding food levels
Kitchen experience and knife skills are preferred but not required.

A cool down-to-earth Cuban restaurant trying to preserve old cuban cuisine and coffee in repurposed architecturally beautiful buildings since 2002. The original location started in 1982 by the owners family friend and the rest is history, family history that is! We are rooted in one thing and that is to RESPECT THE PAST & EMBRACE THE FUTURE.
