Job Description
Job Title: Server at Bruno's Pizza
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming and friendly manner
- Take accurate orders and enter them into our ordering system
- Bring out food in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the meal
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Monitor inventory and restock items when necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry out tasks quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of computer systems and inventory management software is beneficial
- Proficiency in English language both orally and written.
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
Qualified applicants must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate agility in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also have the ability to work independently, without direct supervision
