Tax Manager- Independent CPA & Advisory Firm- Indy

This firm works with very significant local and regional business clients as well as VIP personal High Net Worth clients for a variety of tax and business advisory needs. Position Summary:

-Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries

-Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance

-Prep and review tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts

-Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions

-Supervise and train junior tax personnel

-Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships

Role Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
• Masters in tax or accounting would be a big plus, although not required
• CPA is not required but highly appreciated
• High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills
• Work in a tight deadline environment

Pay and benefits:

• $120,000-$160,000 salary annually, commensurate with experience
