Primary goals;
Candidate will learn all aspects of a professional " From Scratch" Bakery. He/She will be responsible for prepping and executing recipes for Sourdough, Baguettes and Artisan Breads, Cakes, Croissants, Cookies, Danish, Brownies, Cheesecakes. As well, all supporting recipes - Fruit gels, Fruit Curd, Pie Fillings, Glazes, icings etc...
Prior experience a plus. Candidates Must have a positive " Can Do" attitude and be willing to put solid effort into learning and accomplishing Team Goals. Competitive salary and Chef Coats provided by Catherines.
