General Laborer

The general laborer supports the production floor by moving materials, assembling goods, inspecting items for basic quality and assist in tending and maintaining equipment and a clean workspace. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow safety and work instructions closely.

*Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently.

*Collaborate with other workers and departments to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

*Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools.

*Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning conformance to customer specifications.

*Move materials, parts, and goods using manual carts, pallet jacks, or certified equipment.

*Pack finished goods securely, apply product labels, and prepare items for shipping.

*Assist in the maintaining of equipment and clean workspaces.

*Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein; this includes assisting other departments as needed, based on workload and productivity.

*Sustains safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.

*To monitor, carry out and abide by company policies.

Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual, able to work independently and well with others. Must have excellent attendance record! Heavy lifting and standing is required.
