Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to collaborate with business leaders and executives to analyze expense drivers, identify cost-management opportunities, and support strategic financial decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to finance leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influence business strategy and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience developing financial models, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis to evaluate financial performance and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify key performance indicators, trends, and actionable business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management and quality control processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations and increase efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance financial analysis and reporting.

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Work Environment & Requirements

• 100% remote position.
• Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and maintain sustained mental and visual attention.
• Must meet applicable attendance and work expectations.
• Some travel may be required.
