Location: Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens, NYC
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time | W2/1099 Contractor
Compensation: $55–$60/hour

Are you a passionate Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives? Our client is seeking dedicated School-Based Social Workers to provide counseling, intervention, and support services that help students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and agency teams
- Maintain accurate case notes and clinical documentation
- Prepare annual IEP reports and session documentation
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students and school communities
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Active New York State LCSW license required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school and agency teams
