We are looking for a Virtual Travel Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with travel preparation and provide support throughout their journey. This role focuses on helping travelers stay informed, organized, and confident before and during their trips.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients through email, chat, and phone communicationSupport itinerary updates, adjustments, and general travel inquiries
Share accurate information about destinations and travel requirements
Follow up with travelers prior to departure to confirm details
Address concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience
