Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a motivated and community-focused Community Outreach Associate to join our growing event marketing firm. In this role, you will play a key part in building relationships, promoting events, and driving community engagement through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders
• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns to increase awareness of events and initiatives
• Attend local events, networking functions, and community gatherings to promote services and engage with the public
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop targeted promotional strategies and materials
• Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions
• Gather community feedback and insights to support future outreach and event planning efforts
• Track and monitor outreach performance, engagement, and attendance metrics
• Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a positive brand image in all interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in community outreach, event marketing, or public engagement is a plus but not required
