Community Relations Associate - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a motivated and people-focused Community Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing firm. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong community relationships, promoting events, and increasing brand awareness through direct, face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders
• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns to promote events and initiatives
• Attend local events, fairs, and networking opportunities to engage with community members and increase visibility
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials
• Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions
• Gather and analyze community feedback to improve future outreach and event planning efforts
• Track and report on outreach performance, engagement, and attendance metrics
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive brand image

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in community outreach, event marketing, or public relations is a plus but not required
