We are a fast-growing event marketing firm that specializes in creating engaging, face-to-face brand experiences for our clients. Our team works at exciting live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns, helping brands connect directly with their audience.
We’re looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers at events, provide product information, and help create a positive brand experience.
No prior experience? No problem. We provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers at live events and promotional setups
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer questions about products, services, or promotions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in fast-paced environments
- Collect customer feedback and assist with basic reporting
