Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the setup and on-site operations of charity events and community gatherings. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on assisting with event preparation, guest support, and maintaining a smooth event environment. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events
  • Help arrange tables, signage, materials, and event supplies
  • Provide on-site support during events as needed
  • Greet and assist guests to ensure a positive event experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
  • Help distribute materials, supplies, or information during events
  • Follow instructions from senior staff and event leads
  • Support general event-day tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • No experience required (training provided)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Able to be on your feet for extended periods during events
  • Availability for occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedule
