We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in planning, promoting, and executing live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning in-person events, including logistics, vendor communication, and setup
  • Support on-site event execution, including attendee registration, managing materials, and addressing inquiries
  • Help create promotional content and marketing materials for events, including presentations and displays
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event success
  • Collect and report event feedback and performance metrics to guide future campaigns
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Interest in event marketing, promotions, and live audience engagement
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-person work environment
