We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in planning, promoting, and executing live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning in-person events, including logistics, vendor communication, and setup
- Support on-site event execution, including attendee registration, managing materials, and addressing inquiries
- Help create promotional content and marketing materials for events, including presentations and displays
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event success
- Collect and report event feedback and performance metrics to guide future campaigns
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Interest in event marketing, promotions, and live audience engagement
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-person work environment
