Marketing & Promotions Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand awareness initiatives, and community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events at community locations and live activations
• Engage with the public through face-to-face marketing and customer interaction to communicate brand messaging
• Support brand awareness initiatives through outreach and engagement activities
• Help coordinate event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
• Distribute promotional materials while ensuring consistent brand messaging
• Collect customer feedback and engagement data for reporting and campaign analysis
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all events and interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in public-facing, in-person environments

• No prior experience required — paid training provided
