Responsibilities
Gather client sailing dates, budgets, and vacation preferences
Research cruise lines, itineraries, ships, and cabin categories
Explain available amenities, packages, and reservation policies
Compare suitable sailing options for client review
Coordinate cruise reservations through supplier resources
Verify passenger names, sailing dates, and booking details
Assist with dining preferences and special requests
Research transfers, pre-cruise accommodations, and excursions
Track booking deadlines and supplier confirmations
Help coordinate reservation changes
Complete ongoing cruise supplier training
Requirements
Interest in cruises and vacation planning
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Comfortable comparing itineraries and reservation options
Basic computer, email, and internet research skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Willingness to learn cruise booking resources
Reliable internet access
Cruise, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
