Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Client Relations Associate to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll help build strong client relationships, support event marketing campaigns, and create positive experiences for customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client communication, marketing, customer service, and campaign coordination while developing valuable skills for your future career.

No previous experience in client relations or event marketing is required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, and other customer-facing roles. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and help answer questions, requests, and feedback.
• Build positive relationships with clients and support their needs.
• Assist with planning and coordinating event marketing campaigns.
• Help manage client accounts and keep projects organized.
• Prepare basic reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Support event setup, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
• Work with team members to help campaigns run smoothly.
• Track campaign progress and help identify areas for improvement.
