Community Engagement Associate - Entry Level

We are hiring an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community Engagement Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, participating in community activities, and building meaningful relationships.

No prior experience in community engagement is required. Paid training and hands-on support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and candidates looking to build experience in community outreach, marketing, communications, public relations, events, customer service, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Represent our organization at community events, outreach activities, and local initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, customers, and partner organizations
• Assist with community outreach and engagement campaigns
• Help promote programs, services, events, and community initiatives
• Support event planning, coordination, and execution
• Participate in promotional and grassroots marketing activities
• Answer questions and provide accurate information to community members
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and engagement goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at all community activities
• Learn and apply effective communication, presentation, and engagement techniques
