Community Outreach Representative – Entry Level

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to help support local events, public outreach, customer engagement, and community-based campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college students, career changers, and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, fundraising, or events.

No previous outreach or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent community programs and campaigns at local events and outreach activities
• Speak with community members and provide information about programs and initiatives
• Answer questions and create positive face-to-face interactions
• Support community outreach, event marketing, promotional campaigns, and fundraising activities
• Assist with event registration, presentations, promotional materials, and attendee engagement
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the community
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in community outreach, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, or events is helpful but not required.
