Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college students, career changers, and individuals starting their first professional career. No previous customer service experience is required — paid training is provided.

Candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, front desk, administrative support, call center, or other customer-facing positions are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and support
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general information
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Build positive relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Listen to customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Support customer engagement activities, events, and promotions
• Assist with event registration and other customer-facing activities
• Collect customer feedback and help create a positive customer experience
• Work with team members to meet daily customer service and team goals
• Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers and the public
