No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer questions and assist customers with their needs
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and through email
- Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up
- Assist with customer engagement, events, and promotions
- Support event registration and customer-facing activities
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Listen to customer feedback and help provide a positive customer experience
- Work with team members to meet customer service goals
- Represent the company professionally
Qualifications
