Entry Level Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives!

In this role, you’ll communicate with customers, answer questions, provide support, and help create positive customer experiences. You’ll also have opportunities to assist with events and marketing campaigns while developing valuable communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

No previous customer service experience is required! We welcome recent graduates and applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and answer questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide helpful information and support to meet customer needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Assist with customer accounts, inquiries, and feedback.
• Help coordinate events, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
• Share customer feedback with the team to help improve service.
• Participate in training to develop customer service and communication skills.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and events.
