Event Assistant – Entry Level Opening

We're hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support our growing event marketing and promotions team!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in live events, and learning how successful promotional campaigns are organized and executed.

No previous event or marketing experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and gain practical experience in event operations and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with organizing and executing promotional events, brand activations, and community marketing activities.
• Help prepare event materials, displays, promotional products, and presentation areas.
• Welcome attendees, answer basic questions, and create a positive event experience.
• Communicate product and campaign information to customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of promotional materials.
• Work closely with team members to keep events organized and running smoothly.
• Help maintain professional brand presentation and follow campaign guidelines.
• Participate in team training, planning sessions, and performance reviews.
