Management Trainee — Entry Level

We're seeking an entry-level Management Trainee to learn the fundamentals of event marketing, customer engagement, and team operations.

This position begins with hands-on campaign responsibilities and structured coaching. Prior management experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the execution of promotional campaigns.
• Assist with organizing daily activities and team priorities.
• Participate in training sessions and performance discussions.
• Help coordinate event preparation and on-site responsibilities.
• Develop effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Take on additional coordination duties as skills and performance develop.
