Promotions Representative – Entry Level

In this entry-level marketing and promotions role, you’ll work directly with customers while representing our client brands at local events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, event marketing, and business development—all while receiving fully paid training.

No previous marketing experience is required. We’re more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As a Promotions Representative, you’ll be part of the team bringing marketing campaigns to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Representing client brands at local events, retail locations, and promotional activations
• Engaging with customers through friendly, professional, face-to-face interactions
• Creating memorable customer experiences that increase brand awareness and engagement
• Educating customers about products, services, and promotions
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Assisting with event setup, campaign execution, and promotional activities
• Working with Brand Ambassadors and the marketing team to achieve campaign goals
• Learning how successful promotional campaigns are planned, launched, and managed
• Developing communication, leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills
