Automotive Lot Manager

Jim Browne Chevy GMC in Dade City is looking for our new Lot Manager to support our growing business. This vital role organizes and manacures our lot to provide our customers an efficient and visiually appearling car park. Good Lot Managers turn a parking lot into a billboard for our cars.

Description

• Arrange new and pre-owned vehicle inventory for maximum viasual appeal and car park efficiency.
• Maintain neat, clean, and hazard-free display lots, walkways, and customer parking areas.
• Ensure all vehicles display proper stock tags, buyer’s guides, addendums, and window stickers.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and log vehicle locations
• Perform daily start-ups and basic checks on inventory
• Drive and shuttle vehicles between the reconditioning center, detail shop, service bays, and front-line display lots

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing, walking, or lifting up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) transmissions safely.
