Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for verifying site is ready for installation
Collect and process material shortages
Review and coordinate/correct stone, stainless and millwork installation issues that arise from unforeseen site conditions
Visits job site to coordinate and confirm deliveries with GC and subcontractor
Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
Schedule with subcontractors to complete scope on schedule
Identify and assist in resolving potential installation issues
Responsible for following up on and communicating field progress to ensure on-time completion
Attend safety meetings as required to facilitate field work
Responsible for ongoing QAQC of all field work
Responsible for the coordination and completion of internal and general contractor driven punch items.
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to read blueprints
Installation experience preferred
Management experience preferred
Correct operation of all measuring tools and devices
Bilingual preferred, but must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English.
