Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Part-Time | $65/hr to start | South San Diego

$65/hour to start (more with experience), 15 hours a week guaranteed, and benefits part-time roles almost never offer: 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses when your authorized hours stay full.

KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. Our founder is a BCBA who still does the work, which is why 90% of our staff stay. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCBA to pick up a caseload there.

What you get:

• $65/hr starting, higher with experience

• 15 hrs/week guaranteed minimum (typically 15–30)

What you'll do:

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs

• Conduct assessments and adjust plans based on data

• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians

• Partner with families and caregivers

What we're looking for:

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred — newer BCBAs are welcome to apply

• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in South San Diego

• Someone who wants to do good clinical work without the corporate grind
