Job Description
Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
You’ll work closely with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect behavioral data, and support students throughout their school day.
Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs
Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals
Support students across classrooms and school environments
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs
Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based ABA experience preferred, but not required
ABA graduate students and student analysts working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. BCBA mentorship and supervision are provided.
Pay & Benefits
$22.50–$27.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
