Schedule: Part Time
- Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm Part Time (Open)
- Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm-6:00 pm Part Time (Close)

Position Summary
The Clinic Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly each day. This position is an important first point of contact for our patients and their families and requires someone who is professional, welcoming, dependable, and comfortable working in a healthcare/therapy setting. Bilingual a Plus.
Primary Responsibilities
- Open or Close the clinic each day according to established procedures
- Welcome patients and families in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete patient intake and registration
- Collect accurate patient demographic information from parents/guardians
- Obtain and verify insurance information and required documentation
- Enter patient information accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Assist families with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding appointments and clinic procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to messages as needed
- Assist therapists and clinical staff
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front-office environment
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and clinic privacy requirements
- Monitor the front office and communicate any concerns to management
- Perform other duties as needed to support daily clinic operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with children and their families
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and electronic record systems
- Able to accurately enter and maintain confidential patient information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy clinic environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Previous healthcare, medical office, therapy clinic, patient intake experience is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is a plus
