Marshall Grain Company

Landscape Crew Member

Job Description
Marshall Grain Company is looking for a landscape crew member to work on installations and other projects. In this job you’ll work outdoors digging, planting, laying sod, removing plants, spreading soil and mulch, building hardscapes and other landscaping tasks as needed. We are looking for a full-time employee but will consider part-time applicants. Experience is desired, but not necessary. You must be eager to work hard outdoors in hot and cold weather. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and you must have some English. The ability to drive a pickup truck (and having a good driving record) is a plus. We are a growing company and there are opportunities for advancement.
At Marshall Grain we are specialists in organic gardening and the use of native Texas plants. We apply these principles to installations, organic fertilizations, plant pest and disease control and general gardening work that we do for our customers.
Marshall Grain has been serving Tarrant County residents since 1946. You will work out of our Grapevine store, but most often you will be working at customer sites as part of a crew of 2 to 5 people. We pay biweekly and pay overtime when we ask you to work more than 40 hours a week. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays.

About Marshall Grain Company
