Assistant Manager

McAlister’s Deli is looking
for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team
and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. If
you love great food, developing people, and creating a positive workplace

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day
restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide
outstanding customer service
- Maintain high standards for food quality,
cleanliness, and safety
- Manage inventory and place orders to ensure
proper stock levels
- Handle employee scheduling, performance, and
development
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and
professionally
- Assist with opening and closing procedures,
including cash handling
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of management experience (restaurant
preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced
environment
- Flexible availability, including nights,
weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification (preferred or willing
to obtain)
