Your Daily Mission
- Home Makeovers (Clinical Edition): Evaluate living spaces to spot hazards and implement clever, safety-boosting modifications.
- Reclaim Independence: Help patients confidently master daily routines—because safely making their own morning coffee is a massive win.
- Coach the Caregivers: Teach families safe transfer techniques and adaptive strategies to keep everyone safe.
- Collaborate: Partner with our close-knit nursing and medical team to coordinate holistic care.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience (home health is a major plus!).
- Credentials: Active State Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
- The Wheels: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a love for autonomous, community-based care.
