What You'll Do
Provide skilled in-home physical therapy, including evaluations, treatments, individualized care plans, patient and caregiver education, and timely documentation. You'll help patients improve their strength, mobility, balance, safety, and independence.
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Home health experience is a plus!
