What You'll Do
Provide skilled home-based PT evaluations and treatments focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, fall prevention, mobility, and helping patients remain safely independent at home.
What You Need
- Current Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Already have a full-time job? That's okay! If you have room in your schedule for a few patients, we'd still love to hear from you.
