Janitorial Supervisor Qualifications

• Previous commercial janitorial cleaning experience required
• Experience with commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage
• Willingness to fill in for team members as needed to ensure all accounts are serviced
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
• Must pass a background check and be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred: Experience managing multiple accounts and conducting quality-control inspections.
