Job Description
Full-time CSR position
is available immediately (32-40 hours per week.) Queenstown Vet is looking for applicants with
a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a reception/front desk
setting with heavy phones. Preference will be given to applicants with
experience in a veterinary or medical setting, but we will consider candidates
with applicable experience in other industries.
This position requires
professional, friendly and courteous communication with our clients, scheduling
appointments and surgeries, invoicing office visits, multi-line phone and
paging system use, paperless record keeping, detail-oriented inter-staff
communication, daily transaction reconciliation, experience with computers and
email communication, among other tasks. This position will be 7:30am – 6:00 pm
four weekdays, no weekends. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, annual PTO and pet services benefit. Must have reliable transportation. $18 - $22/hour.
